The judge, while refusing to exercise leniency in sentencing the accused, said that the act should be seriously viewed considering the loss caused to the government exchequer.
The district court refused to grant an ex-parte injunction, but issued emergent notice to the defendants and listed the case for further hearing on Saturday.
The Sessions Court heard the victims and their parents on Thursday, and agreed to give their counsel a day to file objections and adjourned the hearing till tomorrow.
