A 2020 entrant for the Kingsgate Park Easter bonnet competition Parents and children are set to get creative again this Easter to join in with the return of The Friends of Kingsgate Park virtual Easter Bonnet Competition. Last year saw the first virtual bonnet competition winner after the pandemic meant the annual event couldn t take place in the park as it had on previous years. Following the success of last year, the team at Kingsgate Park in Yate have decided to recreate the magical competition for a second year. A spokesperson for The Friends of Kingsgate Park said: We were delighted last year seeing all the Easter bonnets the children had created making the competition a huge success.
