Wider surge testing has been rolled out in five west London boroughs due to a surge in coronavirus cases linked to the Indian variant.
Testing in Ealing, Hillingdon, Brent, Harrow and Hounslow will begin on Monday, the BBC has been told.
It will target secondary schools in the five boroughs and PCR tests will be offered to everyone else in the area who do not have any symptoms.
Cases of the new variant in west London have increased from 400 to 720.

Every day an ambulance staff member is assaulted in London.
The risk of violence is so great that the city is the only ambulance service in the country that routinely gives its staff stab vests to protect them.
Since April last year, more than 500 staff have been attacked. They have been kicked, punched, bitten, spat at and head-butted. Thirty-one incidents have involved weapons.
There have also been almost 850 incidents of verbal abuse and threats, and there are concerns many go unreported.
To try and prevent physical or verbal attacks, London Ambulance Service (LAS) is trialling body-worn cameras in areas where staff and volunteers are considered to be most at risk, based on previous incidents.

West Forsyth High School recently took on one of the Forsyth County Schools’ newest programs, 3DE by Junior Achievement, which aims to prepare students for success in a 21st century, global economy.
Lisa Marie Scalese, who serves as 3DE’s schools director at both West Forsyth and at Northview High School in Fulton County, said that 3DE is a little different than many of the district’s programs in that it is run by Junior Achievement, a now global nonprofit organization founded in metro Atlanta more than 100 years ago.
