It’s been a while since the temperature reached 60 degrees in Rochester 119 days, to be exact.
The National Weather Service in La Crosse forecast temperatures to reach the lower- to mid-60s on Tuesday. The last time we saw temperatures in the 60s was Nov. 9, when the high reached 65.
As temperatures flirted with the 50s over the weekend, Minnesotans took the opportunity to get outside around Rochester.
