Its run by the 50 states and territories within federal guidelines and is financed by the state and federal governme government. While medicaid policy has national implications, it of course also has major implications for states and their citizens as well. And

All of this debris that has been put out on the sidewalks and believe it or not, this is the second time that these residents have put the debris out on the sidewalks because they are filling up dumpsters here. You could see they are taking away the dumpsters. They filled up several of them. Residents feed like this is a neverending process but at least today they have some help. A busy day for San Jose City workers. Parking enforcement made sure curbs were clear of cars this morning. The city is taking care of it. They are doing this so they could clean the city. Ten minutes before we see that brush fire all you need to know right now is this is a vehicle i purchased at an auction. I drove it barely a mile up the road. Alex pulled over, the car started smoking and in a matter of minutes, it goes from bad to worse. Yeah, dude, its on fire, dude. Are you sure it is . Yeah. Chris Oakland Coliseum was built in 1966 for 25 Million Dollars. Its the second oldest facility in the National Football league. It looks its age and nobody can argue its best days have long been mothballed, along with the seats stored in the corner of the parking lot. It was designed as a multipurpose stadium and is now the only facility that shares major sports teams. The raiders had use of the coliseum by themselves for only 2 years. Its also home to the oakland as and costs 250,000 dollars to covert the facility from sport to the other. As the commissioner chris in the late 70s, raiders owner al davis wanted to renovate the facility, adding seats to generate more money. City leaders said no, so he moved his franchise to los angeles in 1981. After a few years in southern california, again davis pleaded to the city to add luxury suites to the l. A. Coliseum. City fathers said no. So he convinced oakland to build a 200 Million Dollar addition, today known as mount davis which consists
