Reporter parents say the district has done little to address the bullying, parents plan to attend a School Board Meeting tonight to demand action. Marc Palin A “POPULAR” man took his life aged 20 after a traumatic childhood in which he said he was abused. Marc Palin was born in Stockton-on-Tees and as a child he and his mum Jennifer were victims of domestic abuse. Once, he was present when Mrs Palin was stabbed 18 times, an incident which left Marc with post-traumatic stress disorder. Marc was placed into foster care. But he later said he was “subjected to abuse” by his foster father, Bolton Coroner’s Court heard. The incident was reported to police but there was a lack of evidence and the case was dropped.
