The cooldown badly needed on the Santa Cruz Mountains, where the loma fire continues to burn mostly out of control. Here is the laeest in terms of the numbers. The fires burned through 2200 acres, up to 10 containment this morning. One home and six out buildings have been destroyed. Bob redell is out there and will have an update later this morning. As we mentioned yesterday, there were a lot of reenforcements needed to get to this point today. The number of firefighters went from 350 to 500 on the front lines, bringing in tankers and choppers as they did more air drops and used more fire retardant. It appears to have calmed the spread of the fire. A very fierce fire season. Firefighters say its only intensified in the past few months. We spoke to one firef

All for drivers were stopped at this red light on Orange Blossom trail and americana boulevard when they were rear ended and set off a chain reaction. In the last 30 minutes the medical examiner took off but traversal have the northbound lanes here blocks, and they are diverting southbound traffic not allowing cars through this intersection. We know that this all happened around 3 15 this morning, we just spoke with a guy who said he was in this area and believes he saw the driver speeding for this hit and run happens. We do know that the driver, who took off, and this fatal hit and run is in custody. Troopers say that that driver is a male and he is at the hospital being treated for injuries. 3 3 the Restaurant Owner accused of murering his wifes lover on valentines day will have a bond Court Hearing today. 49yearold greg leon is charged with murder in the death of arturo bravo. It all happened sunday night at the park and ride on riverchase way in lexington county. According to the warrant for his arrest. Leon opened the door of a bravos vehicle then shot and killed the man. Investigators say he also attempted to murder his wife who was also in the car. But the bullets missed her. Hes currently at at the lexington county jail. 2 years ago leon was in involved in the public corruption investigation in lexington county. He got probation and a fine, but no jail time, because prosecutors said he was helpful in the jimmy metts. 3 a lexington county deputy is recovering in the hospital this morning after being in a car accident with two other deputies. I am so proud of this book you must be proud it should be required reading of colleges and in universities what are you thinking about when you decided to write this book . We had such a phenomenal change on the democratic side at least over the past 30 years and people are asking me to write this book for years a half to get the record out there for what we have done and how it has changed in the process although women and the races the world is a different place looking at congress threequarters of the women are Democratic Women which we are very proud of and then seed than an action all the time. I think back with a first came into office as a matter of fact some 60,000 was huge. And i am very appreciative.
