Mother-of-five Betty Batson died on December 2, with the wish to be cremated
Her children could not agree on the nature of funeral to precede the cremation
Some wanted a proper funeral while others wanted no ceremony to take place
Two of her daughters took their dispute to the New South Wales Supreme Court
A judge ruled Mrs Batson be cremated on Christmas Eve with no family eulogies
