Grigor Gasparyan Two San Fernando Valley men appearing before Superior Court Justice Bruce Young last week were sentenced to 300 days in Ventura County Jail and two years of felony probation after pleading guilty to unemployment insurance fraud, conspiracy to commit a crime and three counts of grand theft. Young also imposed a suspended four-year
