It’s been one year since the day the small, quiet community of Faro, Yukon, was suddenly thrown into terror and confusion by a gunman on a rampage through town. Two people were killed and another injured.
With a majority of Yukon adults fully vaccinated against COVID-19, the territory is now looking to give shots to a new group younger teens. Vaccination clinics for Yukoners aged 12 to 17 begin Monday.
Spreading kindness is getting Yukoners through 2020

Volunteers in Faro took an 18-foot trailer and converted it into a Santa sleigh that they took around town, while blasting Christmas music and spreading cheer.(Kara Went)
