Kolkata: Union Home Minister Amit Shah on Thursday vowed to put every accused behind bars who were instrumental in killing 130 BJP workers in Bengal if Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) is voted to power in the coming West Bengal Assembly polls. He was speaking at a rally in WB’s Namkhana.
Shah also promised to conduct a high-level investigation into alleged Cyclone Amphan corruption. “Prime Minister Narendra Modi had sent money for the victims of Cyclone Amphan but Trinamool Congress (TMC) goons did not allow the money to reach people. The common people have been deprived of the benefits,” the Home Minister said.
