She said in this digital era, the handling of e-Complaints will make it easier for the people to report any damage or maintenance requirements.
“The same goes for digitisation of licenses and payment of fees that will facilitate economic recovery and empower urban communities,” she said when debating the 2021 State Budget at the State Assembly sitting, here, Monday.
With regards to the cancellation on item related to the hire purchase of homes, she questioned if it meant that the policy will not be considered again.
