Taipei, Feb. 8 (CNA) A delegation led by Kuomintang (KMT) Vice Chairman Andrew Hsia (夏立言) on Wednesday left Taiwan for a multicity tour of China, which is expected to include a meeting with Sung Tao (宋濤), the head of Beijing's Taiwan Affairs Office (TAO).
