Photo: Brian Thomas The first lease has been signed at the Nexus building in Harlow s flagship business and science campus. A 10-year lease has been signed by Japanese electronics company Renesas at the council’s Nexus building at the Harlow Innovation Park – previously known as Harlow Science Park. Renesas headquarters are in Japan and they employ around 19,000 people across the world. The company opened a design centre in the town twenty years ago and is now moving its UK office to the Nexus building, occupying a whole floor of the building with upwards of 30 staff and creating at least 20 jobs.
