Troy Waymaster Representative Troy Waymaster, one of Kansas  top fiscal leaders, has been appointed to serve as co-chair of a binational, nonpartisan committee of Midwestern legislators that will explore a wide range of issues related to state fiscal conditions and the development and management of state budgets. New this year, the Midwestern Legislative Conference (MLC) Fiscal Affairs Committee will provide members with a forum for the exchange of information, ideas and strategies related to current revenue trends, spending needs and the critical fiscal and budgetary challenges facing states and provinces across the Midwest.
