Kansas City Chiefs quarterbacks and rookies reported to St. Joseph, Missouri on Friday, as they begin three days of work on Saturday before veteran position players arrive for training camp on Monday afternoon. The injury to watch of utmost importance is that of quarterback Patrick Mahomes, who told reporters he has no worries about limitations.
“I think there will be no restrictions,” he said via Zoom. “I’ve been training. Running, throwing, doing everything that I usually do. I think that was what was so good about going to OTAs (organized team activities) and doing those things. I tested it there, realized I was good, then when I got back with Bobby and started training in the offseason with him, I was able to do what I normally would do.”
