Uniindia: Dharamshala, Nov 26 ( UNI) Additional Deputy Commissioner Kangra Gandharva Rathore administered oath to the officers and employees to keep the preamble of the Constitution paramount and work according to the spirit of the Constitution in the premises of the Deputy Commissioner s office on the occasion of Constitution Day today. He paid flower tribute at the portrait of Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar, the architect of the Indian Constitution.
