Dibrugarh University Campus Latest Covid Update: The registrar of Dibrugarh University has notified that all persons who came in direct contact with the two persons who tested positive for COVID-19 are safe & the covid report stands negative.
In a notification, the university stated that In view of the negative covid test results of all the persons who came in direct contact with the two persons of Dr Bhupen Hazarika Centre for Performing Arts, Dibrugarh University who tested Covid-19 positive on 22.02.2021, the Office Notification issued vide No. DU/RG/G.01.01/2021/4262, dated 22.02.2021 be treated as null and void.
Hence, all students, teachers and employees of the Centre for Studies concerned are hereby advised to join their classes/ duties as per the normal schedule.

The Kamrup (Metro) district administration has declared the Don Bosco School, Panbazar premises as a containment zone for 7 days.

GUWAHATI: As the state of Assam is gearing up for the upcoming Assam Assembly election, new cases of COVID-19 from a city-based school have created a panic situation among students, parents and staff of the school.
According to a notification from the District Administration of Kamurp Metro, teachers of Don Bosco High School in Guwahati s Pan Bazar area has tested positive for the virus.
