More than 70 per cent of Singapore residents are using the TraceTogether app or tokens, said Minister-in-charge of the Smart Nation initiative Vivian Balakrishnan on Wednesday (Dec 23). Authorities had earlier set a 70 per cent TraceTogether adoption rate as one of the requirements for Singapore to move to Phase 3 of its reopening.
