The Progress flag flies outside of the BC Lottery Corporation headquarters in downtown Kamloops as the Crown corporation celebrates Pride Month. The flag is similar to the rainbow Pride flag, but it adds a chevron along the hoist that features black, brown, light blue, pink and white stripes to bring affected communities (marginalized black people and people of colour, trans individuals and those living with HIV/AIDS or those who have been lost) to the forefront. The arrow points to the right to show forward movement, while starting along the left edge to show that progress still needs to be made.
