No sabotage AN ANDOVER man has been cleared of sabotaging a woman’s vehicle to make it dangerous but admitted to a charge of damaging it. Daniel Franke had been accused of tampering with the vehicle to make it dangerous in Red Post Bridge on July 14, 2020. But appearing at Basingstoke Magistrates’ Court on Monday, he was found not guilty. He had instead admitted a lesser charge of damaging the vehicle. Franke, of Genoa Court, admitted driving a vehicle on Farm Road in Andover without a licence or insurance on October 1, 2020, as well as possessing cannabis in Stockbridge on the same day.
