As this news got air, a section of secularists have immediately questioned the Government of pursuing Hindutva agenda. At the same breathe, questions were thrown at the Government why no masjid is constructed simultaneously. Global warming is on the rise. As a result, the world s climate is changing rapidly. If this continues, global warming will reach its peak and human civilization will be destroyed. Recently, a team of researchers led by Rob Jackson, a professor of Environment and Geology at Stanford University, presented a disturbing piece of information. Methane emissions from the atmosphere have increased dramatically from 2000 to 2017, according to the study, which was published in the International Science Conference. In 2017 alone, 596 metric tonnes of methane gas was released into the atmosphere. If methane emissions continue at this rate, the average global warming is expected to increase by 3-4 degree celsius before the end of the 21st century, according to the study.
