Joplin, MO - Freeman Health Center witnessed an adorable scene this afternoon, as NICU babies dressed up in cute Halloween costumes. The outfits were handcrafted by Liberal High School students.
A special donation made to Freeman Health System from the Chandler & Paisley Skies Foundation on Thursday will give parents mourning a stillborn child the gift of added time.
