The 51st edition of International Film Festival of India (IFFI), Goa have been postponed due to Covid-19 pandemic. It’ll be held between January 16 and 24 next year. Panda expressed his happiness and said, “This is my first Odia film and I’m happy that it will start its journey from this prestigious film festival. This is definitely good news for me for this year and I m hopeful that it will bring many more good news for me in the coming years.”

NEW DELHI, Dec 19: Information and Broadcasting Minister Prakash Javadekar on Saturday announced that 20 non-feature and 23 feature films, including “Saand Ki Aankh” and Sushant Singh Rajput’s “Chhichhore”, will be screened as part of the Indian Panaroma section at the 51st International Film Festival of India (IFFI). The nine-day film gala, which was previously scheduled to take place in Goa from November 20-28, got postponed due to the coronavirus pandemic and will now be held from January 16 to January 24. “Happy to announce the selection of 23 feature and 20 non-feature films in Indian Panorama of 51st IFFI. @MIB India” Javadekar said on Twitter.
