Catholic Charities of Broome County announce A Weekend of Angels
BROOME COUNTY (WBNG) The Catholic Charities of Broome County announced they are holding a fundraising event.
The event is called A Weekend of Angels and will consist of an Italian Themed Gala, a CCBC Angels Cup polo match, and a champagne brunch.
The event will help local non-profits such as Kali s Klubhouse, a unique children s learning service, and Stand With Me, a veteran and service dog agency.
Catholic Charities Executive Director Lori Accardi said the event is more than just a fundraiser and that it will help celebrate the ways people overcame the pandemic.
