Addressing Republic Day function after unfurling tricolor at MA Stadium here yesterday, Sinha said the youth will change the destiny of Jammu and Kashmir.
Sinha unfurled the tricolor at a jam-packed Maulana Azad Stadium in the heart of the city, inspected the parade and took salute at an impressive march past.
