Terace Williams, 21, is in critical condition at Grady Memorial Hospital as of Tuesday. DeKalb County Police Department officers arrived at a home on Beech Drive in Decatur around 5:35 p.m. Monday in response to a domestic dispute call, where they found Williams standing outside.
