Guwahati- To address the surge in the cases of the novel coronavirus in the state, Assam Health Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma today after chairing series of high-level meetings decided to ramp up the availability of hospital beds.
The Assam Health minister chaired series of high-level meetings today to ensure that adequate hospital beds are made available for the needy COVID-19 patients as Assam currently suffers from a steep surge in the cases of the novel coronavirus.
