Speaking about the alleged sexual harassment of students at Chennai's Kalakshetra, Chief Minister MK Stalin said action would be taken against those found guilty.
Kalakshetra professor Hari Padman, who was accused of sexual harassment by students, was booked on charges of sexual harassment and criminal intimidation on Friday.
Kalakshetra students have been protesting demanding the dismissal of four teachers accused of sexual harassment, and police action comes two days into protest.
Tamil Nadu State Women’s Commission chairperson AS Kumari also visited the campus Friday and spent at least five hours with students, listening to their complaints in private at the Kalakshetra auditorium.
