KUALA LUMPUR, May 1 The Malaysian Highway Authority (LLM) will ensure that all highway concessionaires will carry out their obligations to provide the best quality of service in the interest of road users. SEREMBAN: Fifteen youths have been detained by police for violating the interstate travel ban by riding in from Kuala Lumpur for a meal at a restaurant here. The motorcyclists, aged from 18 to 34, were also found to have been riding recklessly on the way to Seremban via the Kajang-Seremban Expressway on Wednesday (April 28) night, reported Sinar Harian. Bukit Aman traffic and enforcement department deputy director Senior Asst Comm Datuk Mohd Nadzri Hussain said the suspects would be investigated for violating the interstate travel ban as well as reckless and dangerous riding. They not only crossed into Negri Sembilan, but they also violated traffic rules by performing dangerous stunts while riding.
