OGDENSBURG — On Wednesday evening, state police arrested two Ogdensburg residents on drug charges following a traffic stop on the Irish Settlement Road in the town of Oswegatchie.

OGDENSBURG City police said they arrested several local residents on warrants on Thursday. Those arrested included:
• Kaitlyn A. Robinson, 29, Lisbon, was arrested on a bench warrant and also charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance at 10:02 a.m. on Park Street, officers said. She was ordered held.
• Daren K. Strader, 52, Ogdensburg, was arrested on a city court warrant at 1:41 p.m. on Park Street for second-degree harassment, police said. He was cited and released.
• Matthew S. Shatraw, 27, Richville, was arrested on two warrants at 10:03 p.m. on Park Street stemming from an alleged domestic dispute, officers said. He was held awaiting arraignment, police said.
GOUVERNEUR â Francis J. Robert, 49, of Oswegatchie, was charged by state police Saturday in Gouverneur with first-degree false instrument with intent to defraud, a felony.
Thomas E. Latimer, 71, Dawn M. Latimer, 65, and Rachelle M. Helmar, 51, all of Canton, were each charged by state police Saturday with second-degree criminal trespass related to a trespassing complaint in Canton.
Kaitlyn A. Robinson, 29, of Lisbon, was charged by state police Sunday in Oswegatchie with fourth-degree criminal possession of a narcotic drug, a felony, three counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, both misdemeanors.
