Kaitlyn Lagiono, 12, said she thought there would inevitably be graffiti wherever there were teenagers hanging out regularly in the town.
Kaitlyn was one of more than 60 kids and teenagers who took part in spray painting workshops held in the town this week to teach young people how to legally paint and create great designs.
