A prime accused in a drug smuggling case has been arrested by Mumbai police at the international airport here, an official said on Wednesday. The syndicate smuggled drugs to the US, UK and Australia, among other countries.Employees of some professional courier companies are also under the scanner in the case, the official said.
Officers identified the arrested individual as Ali Asgar Shirazi. The police had been tracking him in Srinagar and Delhi before eventually arresting him at Mumbai airport
