Ranchi: The state government ordered a major reshuffle of its top officials and appointed additional chief secretary (ACS) Arun Kumar Singh as the development commissioner of the state. Singh is presently posted in the food, public distribution and consumers affairs department.
The incumbent development commissioner Kailash Kumar Khandelwal has been transferred as ACS higher and technical education department. L Khiyante, who is posted as director general Shree Krishna Public Administration Institute and ACS revenue and registration department, will also be in-charge of ACS forest, environment and climate change department. ACS Sailesh Kumar Singh who was in higher and technical education department, has been appointed as ACS to the Governor.
