Kahler Slater has named Al Krueger and Glenn Roby as CEOs of the architectural, strategic advisory and design firm. The appointment completes succession plans begun several years ago.
Krueger and Roby are succeeding George Meyer and Jim Rasche, who have been at Kahler Slater for more than 35 years each and are now moving into new roles as chief executive officers emeritus.
The new Kahler Slater CEOs are both architects with more than 20 years of experience.
Krueger leads the Kahler Slater’s healthcare team. His commitment to growth led to Kahler Slater’s adding high-level team members to its staff and extending its service offerings to include strategic advisory services. Kahler Slater is getting new leadership while sticking with its format of co-chief executive officers for the Milwaukee-based architectural, strategic advisory and design firm.
Executive Vice Presidents Al Krueger and Glenn Roby have been promoted to those CEO positions, following the firm s succession plan, Kahler Slater announced Tuesday.
Krueger and Roby succeed George Meyer and Jim Rasche, who have been with Kahler Slater for more than 35 years each and are transitioning to chief executive officers emeritus.
Along with its Milwaukee headquarters, the firm operates offices in Madison, Chicago, Richmond, Virginia, and Singapore
The firm last year moved its headquarters to downtown s new BMO Tower.
The new Kahler Slater CEOs will lead the 113-year-old firm boldly into the future.
