There is more than one way to raise money for a good cause. That s what musician Heather Clark and students at Juniper Ridge elementary hope people take away from their song Kindness.
The song is the title track on Clark s latest CD, which went on sale Wednesday. The proceeds will be used to build a school in Sri Lanka.
Clark, who has children enrolled at Juniper Ridge, performed the song with Grade 1 and 2 students during a talent show at the school promoting social responsibility.
Teacher Sandy Gallup said Kindness is about an act as simple as a smile making all the difference when directed at the right person.
