Over the past three days, two different crashes resulted in two fatalities and a man was arrested after crashing into a vehicle at a Walmart parking lot in Ammon.
Officials said Kade Mitchell Blackburn intentionally collided with another vehicle in a Walmart parking lot on Sunday. Two people were hospitalized after the crash.
