The Anglo-Indian feast
Joan McLeod, the 63-year-old resident of Hutchins Road in Cooke Town, whose great grandfathers hail from Switzerland and Scotland, serves up a typical Anglo-Indian Christmas feast. She consults a 200-year-old recipe book, which has handwritten recipes and clippings by her mother, grandmother and grand aunts. “Every year, I make
