LAKE LINDEN The number of virtual students at Lake Linden-Hubbell Elementary School has continued to decrease, Elementary Coordinator Jack Johnson said at the monthly Board meeting Monday.
The number was at 16 as of last Monday, Johnson said; another one or two may be opting to come back.
“I would guess in the next couple of weeks that drops down to the low teens,” he said.
About 70% of this year’s fourth- and fifth-grade class made the honor roll, Johnson said. There are also 13 boys and 14 girls participating in elementary basketball. Students had a number of Reading Month activities; every elementary student received a book through the elementary-school Parent-Teacher Organization and Lake Linden Lions Club.
