WinCo Foods eyeing Roseburg location
According to a site application to the City of Roseburg, the company is eying a property on Stewart Parkway, which use to be home to the Roseburg K-Mart department store.

ROSEBURG, Ore. – WinCo Foods could be coming to the Roseburg area in the near future.
According to a site application to the City of Roseburg, the company is eying a property on Stewart Parkway, which use to be home to an old K-Mart department store. The Planning Commission listened to the proposal Monday night and commissioners were in support of the plan. One of their concerns was increased traffic on Stewart Parkway and the safety of pedestrians and bikers.
