Coffee curing unit launched in Wokha - Eastern Mirror

Dimapur, Nov. 15 (EMN): A thanksgiving and launch programme of Lithanro Coffee Curing Unit was held at Lithanro Coffee Farm in Sanis under Wokha district on November 14. The joint director (Extn.) of Coffee Board, Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Guwahati, Navin Kumar Bahl Ryntathiang, inaugurated the unit in the presence of Albert Ngullie, additional director of Land Resources department. The unit was dedicated by Rev. Dr. K Benry Lotha, senior pastor of Kohima Lotha Baptist Church, stated a DIPR report. In his Inaugural speech, Ryntathiang expressed happiness that someone somewhere in a small town in the Northeast has started the venture of setting up a coffee curing unit. “This venture has added to the economy of the state,” he said and congratulated the proprietor of LCCU. Our CorrespondentKohima, May 31 (EMN): A total of 62 students from Kohima Bible College (KBC) have graduated with Bachelor of Theology (B.Th) and Master of Divinity (M Div.) during its 48th graduation ceremony held at Multi-purpose Hall, Indira Gandhi Stadium (IGS) in Kohima on Tuesday. Addressing the ceremony, Rev. Dr. K Benry Lotha, senior pastor of Kohima Lotha Baptist Church (KLBC), advised the graduates to live a life of humility in the fear of God and warned that pride is an offence in the sight of God. He also exhorted them to live a life of integrity and urged them to willfully and skillfully serve God in the service of people.
