state of pennsylvania has the best juvenile justice system in the country, and, i still believe a 17-year-old is still a teenager and has an opportunity to rehabilitate themselves, no matter how heinous the crime, there are examples, teenagers, troubled youth taken advantage of by gangs and, adults in those gangs, drafting these kids into gangs and then taking advantage of them, they need a chance to rehabilitate. gregg: david wohl he already spent 8 months in juvenile detention and so-called rehabilitation and guess what? it didn t work for him. it may not have worked for him. he admits it didn t work for him and he want out of there and the reality is, these guys are far beyond sophisticated, for these type of juvenile detention issues and, gregg, the other thing, what do they consider, prior juvenile record in juvenile court and consider the sophistication, violence of the currents crime, and they consider does he have enough
