Neosho City Council Candidate Q and A, part two

During the November elections, the citizens of Neosho approved changing the number of City Council members from five to seven and established four wards. Of the five current council members, Mayor Carmin Allen and Councilman Tim Workman’s terms both end in Apr. 2021 and neither filed for reelection.
The openings are in Ward 1 for a three-year term, Ward 2 for a two-year term, Ward 3 for a two-year term and a general At Large opening for a three-year term that will be voted on by all four voting precincts.
Leading up to the Apr. 6 election, the Neosho Daily News will be profiling the candidates for the open seats. In this edition, candidates for Ward 3 and the At-Large seats were asked a set of questions pertaining to running for city council. For part one, click here.
bill: a group of seventh graders pulling a prank on their teachers that nearly killed her. she was allegeic to bananas. three students smeared her classroom door and doorknob with bananas and threw some at her in the classroom. that could be attempted murder. all of the kids know that she is deathly allergic to bananas. if it touches her she will go into anaphylactic shock. she starts to change colors. they gave her a shot and her throat was starting to close up. bill: that is nuts. she was rushed to the hospital and did recover and okay. all three students were sentenced to probation through the juvenile court system in
to, like, let it soak through, maybe do something different? here in the juvenile court system there are more options available to kids than there are in the adult system. the whole truth and nothing but the truth, so help you god. the juvenile court was created to provide services to kids and families to make them better adults. for 26 years lake county juvenile judge mary beth bonaventura has been making tough decisions that aim to get kids like aaron back on track. they re coming back into the community. i want to do everything i can do first before i send them to the dlc or department of corrections. because of aaron s age, his long history with the juvenile system, and the fact that he s still on probation for attempted car theft and battery, the stakes are much higher this time. aaron has already been warned that the prosecutor s office is looking at waiving him to the adult system. i ve got a bad record. so i ll probably beg please don t let take my life away from
