Rushing waters has flooded many roadways forcing drivers to leave their cars stranded in some areas. Pensacola, florida, hit hard. Record rainfall there, 16 inches. That is the most the city has seen in one day since the year 1880. In baltimore the heavy rain caused an entire street to collapse into a sink hole swallowing several cars.
