Thirty-seven-year-old Justin Lyle Cutbank has been sentenced to 292 months in prison followed by five years of supervised release for illegal possession of a firearm following a domestic assault.
Justin Lyle Cutbank was convicted March 17, 2023, by a federal jury on one count of possession of a firearm by a felon. He was sentenced Tuesday in U.S. District Court.
