PETERSBURG The family of the driver shot to death Wednesday morning reportedly by riders he picked up in Colonial Heights is saying they were never formally notified by authorities about his death, and they only found out about it through media reports. Nobody has a clue who was told, Justin Golding, the brother of the victim, 41-year-old Kenneth Golding, said in a social-media message Wednesday afternoon. His mother, father, wife, brother and sister all found out online.
