Surf Snowdonia, now called Adventure Parc Snowdonia, was born in 2008 when an aluminum works with over 100 years of history was purchased and turned into the world s first inland surf lagoon with a handful of glamping pods for people who wanted to stay. Since then, the site has expanded enormously and will soon be home to Hilton s second hotel in Wales, with the other Hilton being in the capital, Cardiff.

Adventure Parc Snowdonia says they will employ more than 200 staff across the hotel and lagoon sites in the peak season
