Renee Young Talks Pitches Shot Down By WWE
Since leaving WWE, Renee Young aka Renee Paquette has continued her broadcasting career by launching her own podcast called Oral Sessions. Renee asks many people in and outside of the wrestling business questions about their background or experiences or anything really.
But Renee had the tables turned recently as she was on the receiving end of questions courtesy of Justin Dhillon of Casual Conversations. One of the first she was asked was about something that everyone who works in WWE yearns for – a compliment from Vince McMahon. Renee was asked to recall the first time the boss complimented her.

Renee Young spoke with Justin Dhillon of Casual Conversations about a wide range of topics.
During it, she talked about having her pitches shot down by WWE management. Here is what she had to say: );
“Yeah, tons of stuff. One thing that I’ve always wanted to do was bring back Tuesday Titans. I wanted to host it and I wanted Mean Gene to be my sidekick; that’s what I really, really wanted. We never shot a pilot or anything, it never really got any legs at all. Something like that I would have loved,” stated Renee.

Dhillon had a small window to make an impact while Will Bruin was recovering from knee surgery. He failed to take advantage of that tiny chance, and was an afterthought for the remainder of the year. The fact that he only showed up in one late appearance on the season was indicative of how the coaches view Justin’s ability to contribute.
What I liked: In his single, five-minute appearance, Dhillon showed energy and the ability to win a header. He has size, a quick burst, and a proven scoring touch at a lower level.
What’s going on with the out-of-contract Sounders?

The MLS Re-Entry Draft is now in the books. So far, the Seattle Sounders haven’t made any changes and the players they chose not to re-sign are still without teams. There have been some subtle changes, though. Related

Joevin Jones: The midfielder/left back has been linked with potential moves to either the Houston Dynamo or Columbus Crew, but nothing has yet materialized. There was also a rumor that he opted into the Re-Entry Draft, but his namenever appeared on any of the lists of eligible players. He’d certainly be an interesting option at left back for someone, but probably can’t expect to make anywhere near the $500,000+ salary he was making.
