Faith Taylor said: “It’s been an incredible experience and I am so pleased to have won the competition. All of the finalists were amazing, and I am looking forward to the opportunities over the next year. Portland High School senior Justin Coe was the Rotary student of the month for November. “Justin has a quiet, but substantial leadership ability, and his passion for his town and state are evident in the activities in which he participates,” according to a press release.
