Director Justin Batocabe of the DSWD-National Household Targeting Office said they are seeking to get hold of the final list of poor households by the end of second quarter.
“We hope to launch the complete and validated data by end of second quarter,” he said in a text message. “We target that we will have the complete list of poor households by June.”
The DSWD official also cited the possibility that their schedule to complete the validated list of poor households may be extended until first month of the third quarter or in July.
During congressional budget deliberations in September last year, DSWD Secretary Rolando Bautista relayed to the lawmakers that by 2021, the agency will have the final and complete list of poor households in the country.
